A rapidly growing practice for a well-known firm is looking for a Litigator! Salary will depend on experience!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Assisting with discovery requests and responses, including drafting and responding to Interrogatories
• Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborating with clients, experts, and other attorneys on litigation matters
• Managing and prioritizing a high-volume caseload
• Providing exceptional client service and communication throughout the litigation process

• Hospital and Medical Malpractice
• Products Liability
• Professional Liability
• Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar, Strong writing, negotiation skills, and academic record.
