We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Civil Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury litigation, attending depositions, offering legal advice, and handling wrongful death cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully litigating cases to a favorable resolution.

Responsibilities:

The Permanent Civil Litigation Attorney will be responsible for:

1. Representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death cases.
2. Attending depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
3. Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
5. Providing sound legal advice to clients on potential litigation risks and strategies.
6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
8. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
9. Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in civil litigation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Civil Litigation Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the governing jurisdiction.
3. At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with specific experience in personal injury litigation and wrongful death cases.
4. Proven ability to attend and handle depositions effectively.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice to clients.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
