We are seeking a mid level Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is passionate about the legal industry and is eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Permanent Civil Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, formulating and executing effective litigation strategies, and providing exceptional legal counsel to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation and a proven track record of success.

The Permanent Civil Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, formulating and executing effective litigation strategies, and providing exceptional legal counsel to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide informed, strategic legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in civil litigation laws and regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
- Represent the firm professionally in all client interactions, court appearances, and other professional engagements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive oral arguments and written submissions in court.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and enhance its reputation in the legal industry.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Admitted and Licensed to practice in Florida
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and formulate effective litigation strategies.
- Strong legal research and analysis skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to persuasively argue a case and clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professional integrity and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technology.
