Job Details

Our litigation group manages complex and high-exposure civil matters involving:

  • General liability and premises liability defense
  • Tort and negligence claims (including catastrophic injury and professional liability)
  • Employment litigation (discrimination, wage & hour, wrongful termination)
  • Construction defect and construction-related disputes
  • Insurance coverage and defense matters
  • Products liability and property damage claims
  • Equitable and injunctive relief proceedings

Looking For:

  • J.D. and active license in New Jersey
  • Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following preferred: medical malpractice, torts/negligence, insurance defense or coverage, premises/general liability, or representation of institutional clients
