Job Details

Responsibilities:
Own your caseload across all phases of pre-trial litigation
Develop and execute litigation strategy from case intake through resolution
Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and supporting legal documents
Conduct legal research and deliver clear, well-reasoned analysis
Investigate facts, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial
Manage all aspects of discovery: requests, responses, and document management
Negotiate settlements and advocate at mediations and arbitrations
Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and before government agencies

Qualifications:
Active Colorado bar license (required)
5+ years of litigation experience, preferably commercial
Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions independently
Highly organized with the ability to manage a full docket
Self-motivated and thrives with autonomy
