Job Details
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
3-7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial general liability defense (insurance defense experience preferred).
Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in one or more of the following areas: construction, product liability, premises liability, transportation, or retail/hospitality. Candidates with experience in multiple areas are highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex cases, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent oral advocacy and client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with insurance coverage analysis or bad faith litigation is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes.
