We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Civil Litigation Partner to join our esteemed legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team and to make a significant impact within our firm. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in insurance defense, liability, and injury. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry with a focus on civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Civil Litigation Partner, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in insurance defense, liability, and injury matters.
2. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary evidence for a case.
3. Developing effective litigation strategies and presenting cases in court.
4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that is in their best interest.
5. Collaborating with other partners and associates to ensure the firm's objectives and goals are met.
6. Participating actively in business development initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
7. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations to ensure the firm and its clients are always compliant.
8. Mentoring and guiding junior lawyers and associates, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Civil Litigation Partner role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in insurance defense, liability, and injury.
4. Proven track record of winning cases or achieving favorable settlements for clients.
5. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
7. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
8. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
