Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Manage all phases of civil litigation, including strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and provide in-depth analysis on complex legal issues
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and trial materials; participate in trial strategy and execution
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with a team of experienced trial attorneys on high-stakes litigation
- Handle a varied caseload across multiple industries and practice areas
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience required
- Active CA license and JD from ABA-accredited university
- Demonstrated experience taking cases from inception to trial
- Option for hybrid schedule, but candidates must reside in CA!
