We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Civil Litigator to join our dynamic legal team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of civil litigation cases from start to finish. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Civil Litigator, you will:

1. Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions, participating in mediations, and conducting trials.

2. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute civil cases.

3. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and legal theories.

4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in mediation and arbitration.

5. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.

6. Assist clients in business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.

7. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

8. Act as first chair in trials, effectively representing the interests of our clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2. A license to practice law in the state.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil litigator, with a strong track record of success in handling civil cases.

4. Expertise in legal writing, law and motion practice, mediation, hearings, business litigation, and first chair trial.

5. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes favorably for our clients.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.

7. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.

8. A high degree of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of legal ethics.

9. The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
