Our client is a family owned and operated construction company out of Vista, CA and for over 30 years now they have been offering design build, engineering and emergency services to a wide range of clients many of which are out of the federal, municipal and government sectors.

This exceptional team has above average tenure and they are currently in growth mode looking to add another Project Manager with heavy civil experience to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project estimates and proposals based on scope and requirements.
• Procure necessary materials, subcontractors, and equipment for project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of construction project management experience
• Municipal/Federal/Military Water Wastewater or Heavy Civil Experience Required
• Design-Build and Progressive Design Build Experienced Preferred
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are required
