We are looking for a Pipeline/Facilities Engineer Manager to join our team! We provide pipeline, process piping, instrumentation, structural, electrical, mechanical, civil, construction engineering, and drafting. This individual would be responsible for understanding the scope of work, delegating tasks, providing mentorship and oversight for junior engineers on their team, leading meetings, reviewing engineering drawings and calculations, performing detailed engineering, and communicating directly with the client.

Responsibilities

As a Pipeline Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and supervising the engineering and design of pipeline projects, including process piping design, hydraulic systems, pipe stress analysis, over pressurization protection in gas systems, mechanical flow sheets, and vessel capacity and sizing calculations.
2. Leading and coordinating the engineering team to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting all technical and safety standards.
3. Developing and implementing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
5. Providing technical leadership and expertise in pipeline engineering to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other departments, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
7. Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks associated with pipeline projects.
8. Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in pipeline engineering and incorporating them into our practices.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Professional Engineering License as well is preferred.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in pipeline engineering in the Oil and Gas industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex pipeline projects.
3. Demonstrated expertise in process piping design, hydraulic systems, pipe stress analysis, over pressurization protection in gas systems, mechanical flow sheets, and vessel capacity and sizing calculations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. A strong commitment to safety and compliance, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
