Job Details

Our client, a respected and growing law firm, is seeking a passionate and driven Claimant Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants meaningful client interaction, and is eager to build a long-term career advocating for injured workers.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll take charge of claimant-side workers’ compensation cases from start to finish—advocating for clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your caseload, the support of a collaborative team, and the chance to truly make a difference.

What We’re Looking For:
Admission to practice law in New York (required)
Prior experience in claimant workers' compensation cases
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
A proactive mindset with a passion for advocacy
Tech-savvy candidates familiar with Matter Manager, Works, Outlook, and Word are a plus
