Job Details:

Are you passionate about justice and have a keen eye for detail? If so, we are looking for a Permanent Class Action Paralegal to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in complex, high-stakes class action litigation. You will be playing a critical role in supporting attorneys in the preparation, filing, and management of various legal documents, correspondence, and court filings. You will also be responsible for maintaining case files, coordinating with expert witnesses, and conducting legal research. This position requires a highly organized individual with a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of legal terminology and principles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation, filing, and service of all court documents.
• Conduct extensive legal research and factual investigation.
• Organize and maintain case files, manage the discovery process, and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
• Review and analyze documents for production, including medical records, employment records, and other sensitive information.
• Coordinate and oversee the process of large class action lawsuits.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and rules of civil procedure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in class action litigation.
• Proficiency in Plaintiff, Litigation, Paralegal tasks, personal injury, and employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies is preferred.
• Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal principles, practices, and terminology.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
