Job Details

As a Client Accounting Services Manager, your responsibilities will include managing client accounts and their service team, technical review of bookkeeping, and month-end close, with the ability to efficiently take tasks from beginning to end. This position offers you the chance to engage closely with clients in an advisory capacity across multiple client engagements in various industries.

  • Responsible for delivery of monthly and quarterly financials for clients
  • Client communication and consulting related to business management, cash flow management
  • Timely and responsive communication with clients
  • Mentoring and training staff
  • Onboarding new clients – developing an accounting system to meet their needs within our environment.
  • Business tax background preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in an industry
  • Experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong background/knowledge of business operations
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop,
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and handle multiple priorities
