About the Role
Investment Ops Phase (months 1–12)
CSA Phase (ongoing)
What We're Looking For
- Begin in Investment Operations, transition to Client Services Associate within 6–12 months
- Work directly alongside advisors and client service teams in a boutique family office environment
- Build deep institutional knowledge of how a sophisticated wealth management practice operates before stepping into a client-facing role
- High-growth opportunity for an early-career professional looking to establish themselves
Investment Ops Phase (months 1–12)
- Process new account paperwork & account transfers
- Prepare and distribute performance and portfolio reports
- Maintain data integrity across CRM and portfolio management systems
CSA Phase (ongoing)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned high-net-worth client families
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion
- Prepare materials and summaries ahead of client review meetings
- Manage client onboarding from start to finish
- Coordinate between advisors, clients, and third-party service providers
- Process distribution requests, wire transfers, and account maintenance
- Maintain and update client records in CRM
What We're Looking For
- 0–5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Natural relationship builder
