What You Will Be Doing

Oversee clinic operations and manage clinical/non-clinical staff
Provide individualized patient care and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with marketing and medical professionals to enhance service standards
Lead continuing education efforts and mentor team members
Promote program development and efficient service utilization
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours with autonomy and support

Skills You Need

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
Proven leadership experience and mentoring ability
Passion for clinical excellence and professional growth
Strong communication and organizational skills
