We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinic Manager for our Medical Spa. This role is essential in managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clinic operations, including staff management, patient care, and financial management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinic management, with specific experience in a medical spa setting. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the clinic's daily operations, including scheduling, patient care, and staff management.
2. Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high-quality patient care.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
4. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
5. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to clinic operations.
6. Manage patient complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining supplies.
8. Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
9. Monitor and report on clinic performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
10. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a medical spa or similar healthcare setting.
2. Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.
3. Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and financial reporting.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with staff and patients.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
6. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to clinic operations.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software.
9. Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred.
10. Certification as a Medical Spa Manager or similar certification is a plus.
