Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality physical therapy services.
- Provide direct patient care, focusing on Sports Medicine, manual therapy, hand therapy, Balance Rehab, and Aquatic Therapy.
- Manage and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery, patient satisfaction, and clinic growth.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead patient case reviews and participate in professional development activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the clinic and staff, implementing improvements as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in Sports Medicine, rehab, manual therapy, hand therapy, Balance Rehab, and Aquatic Therapy.
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A valid license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A passion for improving patient health and wellbeing through high-quality physical therapy services.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and technology.
