As a Permanent Clinic Registered Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the clinical operations of our fast-paced medical facility. This position will challenge you to deliver the highest quality of patient care while ensuring smooth clinic operations. You will be working in a dynamic environment where every day presents unique challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and departments to ensure efficient patient flow and service.
  • Manage patient information and medical records through effective use of EMR systems.
  • Handle patient complaints and concerns, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations, including patient privacy and data security.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans for the clinic’s growth and development.
  • Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure open communication and provide updates on clinic operations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of advancements in nursing and healthcare management.

Qualifications:

  • A valid and current Registered Nurse license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinic coordinator or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in ambulatory health care management.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational procedures and protocols.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service.
