Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and departments to ensure efficient patient flow and service.
- Manage patient information and medical records through effective use of EMR systems.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations, including patient privacy and data security.
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans for the clinic’s growth and development.
- Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure open communication and provide updates on clinic operations.
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements in nursing and healthcare management.
Qualifications:
- A valid and current Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinic coordinator or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in ambulatory health care management.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational procedures and protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
