Job Details
* Active licensure in your clinical discipline (RN, LCSW, OT, PT, ST, etc.)
* Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s in a healthcare field (graduate degree preferred)
* Must be eligible for CCM® or ACM™ certification (required within 2 years of hire)
* Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
