A bit about us:
Exceptional Outpatient Physical Therapy team is adding to their growing clinics. This team in excited about providing great care to enhance patients quality of life and looking for a working Manager to see patients and oversee other Therapists.
You'll be treating several patients a day in their Outpatient clinic. Interest in aquatic therapy is highly desired but not required. Also open to adding a Pelvic Health Therapist, Neruo Rehab or Pediatric Therapist for the Manager role.
Pay scale is dependent on amount of experience and highly competitive.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Physical Therapy Manager to join our Outpatient Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an who is looking to work with a well established clinic to help patients thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with the Facility's Comprehensive Compliance Plan, perform the essential functions of physical therapist, Manage clinic personnel and balance staffing and patient levels.
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic exercises, and education on physical health and wellness.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote physical health and wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and administrators to ensure the delivery of high-quality physical therapy services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and training on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice as appropriate.
- Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Must have passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of patients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Knowledge of workplace ergonomics and injury prevention.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including the ability to lift and move patients as necessary.
