Clinical Supervisor with BCBA needed full time in Willow Park and Fort Worth, TX. RELOCATION assistance will be provided! Great pay, benefits and family type environment!

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners according to our Treatment Model, incorporating measurable goals.
• Analyze client needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science and other relevant assessments.
• Design skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to clients' core deficits and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide ongoing case management and supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure effective interventions.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy, provide parent education and support, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required

• BCBA certification and LBA license.
• 2+ years of experience with children with autism early intervention experience strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or another related field preferred
• Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification
