Job Details


  • Responsible for all study/trial administration, including direct liaison with clinical investigator site staff, setup, updates, and maintenance of study files;
  • Track and request regulatory documentation required for all study/trial startups and close outs;
  • Track and request any IRB submission paperwork required or requested for approval and ongoing re-approval;
  • Coordinate and receive monitored patient case report forms from on-site clinical research associates;
  • Enter data from case report forms into the case report form tracker and srecords forms as monitored;
  • Ensure the count of case report forms received reflects the counts of monitoring reports;
  • Track monitoring reports for each monitoring visit;
  • Develop and create the regulatory tracking system and case report form tracking system for each individual study subject;
  • File regulatory documentation;

<b>Requirements:</b>
  • Five years of clinical research experience
  • Must possess medical or bioscientific, business, and presentation skills
  • Strong and demonstrable planning, management, organization, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others by speaking, reading, and writing
