The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts. 1. Operate and maintain CNC lathe machines to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
2. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately set up and operate machines.
3. Program CNC machines using G&M code, Mastercam/NX, or equivalent.
4. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in G&M code, Mastercam/NX, or equivalent.
3. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.
4. Experience with welding and other metal fabrication techniques.
5. Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
7. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
