1. Operating CNC machinery, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
2. Reading and interpreting technical drawings to understand the specifications and requirements of each job.
3. Setting up, adjusting, and calibrating machines and equipment to ensure accurate production.
4. Performing regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
5. Using grinding and metalworking skills to finish and refine parts.
6. Inspecting and measuring completed work to ensure it meets the required specifications.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the production process.
8. Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience with Mills, CNC Machine Operation, Lathe Operation, Mill Operation, Grinding, and Metalworking.
3. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
