On-Site, 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts

Are you a seasoned CNC machinist with a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking a Permanent CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the medical industry.

As a CNC machinist, you will be at the heart of our operation, playing a critical role in producing high-quality medical devices that help improve patient care and save lives. Responsibilities:

  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
  • Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
  • Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
  • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed correctly.
  • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist (minimum of 2 years required).
  • Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
  • Experience with Haas CNC controls, manual machining, mills, lathes, G&M Code, and Master Cam.
  • Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
  • Good communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
