Job Details
What You’ll Do
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and tooling instructions to determine specifications, tolerances, and the sequence of operations
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (Fanuc and Heidenhain experience preferred)
Machine parts to precise specifications using detailed prints or instructions
Set up tooling, workpieces, and machine offsets as required
Perform quality checks on all manufactured parts (internal and external processes)
Track job progress and run times through Proshop
Deliver finished parts to other departments as needed
Provide feedback to team members and collaborate across departments
Cross-train and perform work on a variety of machines and processes
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
Experience in set-up, programming, and machining (Fanuc and Heidenhain controls are a plus)
Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality
