Job Details
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to blueprints and work instructions
Perform program edits and offsets to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure strict quality standards
Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance
Work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced shop environment
Qualifications
3+ years of CNC machining experience (lathes and/or mills)
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools
Ability to make program edits and adjust machine settings as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to safety and quality standards
