Job Details
Set up and operate CNC Mazak machines
Manufacture short-run tools, gages, and fixtures to exact specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files
Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools
Maintain machine performance and troubleshoot as needed
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
Qualifications:
Previous CNC machining experience (Mazak preferred)
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Experience with gages, fixtures, and short-run tooling
Knowledge of precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
