Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes to produce parts as per the technical drawings and specifications.
- Interpret complex blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Ensure all machined parts meet tight tolerances through meticulous quality control checks.
- Program CNC machines according to the project requirements.
- Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machining processes and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency in operating multi-axis CNC lathes and setting up CNC machines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerances.
- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
- Proficient in CNC programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Understanding of safety protocols and standards in the engineering industry.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
