Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes to produce parts as per the technical drawings and specifications.
  • Interpret complex blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
  • Ensure all machined parts meet tight tolerances through meticulous quality control checks.
  • Program CNC machines according to the project requirements.
  • Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machining processes and techniques.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
  • Proficiency in operating multi-axis CNC lathes and setting up CNC machines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerances.
  • Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
  • Proficient in CNC programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and standards in the engineering industry.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
