Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and/or manual machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts and ensure conformance to specifications
Monitor machining processes, make tool adjustments, and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or relevant training preferred
2+ years of experience operating CNC or manual machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
Ability to interpret technical drawings and use a variety of measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, high-output production setting
