We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and preventative maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine malfunctions and operational issues, and recommend or perform repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems related to CNC machinery.
- Utilize machine maintenance technology to monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Calibrate CNC machines to ensure precision in operations.
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure the smooth operation of CNC machines.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs to track machine performance and plan future maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to production staff on the operation and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in CNC machine maintenance and operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or a similar role in the Engineering industry.
- Proven experience with CNC maintenance, machine maintenance technology, calibration, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with tsugami, nakamura, muratec, miyano is a must.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machine operations and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey technical information.
- A degree in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be able to lift heavy machinery and work in a variety of physical conditions.
