We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Programmer and Setup to join our Manufacturing team. This role will involve working closely with our state-of-the-art CNC machinery and equipment, including EDM machines, Mill, Lathe, and 5 Axis Machining. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tooling, blueprints, gd&t, and the use of measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs for our manufacturing operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including EDM machines, Mill, Lathe, and 5 Axis Machining equipment.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and plans to produce accurate, high-quality components.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
• Work with tooling team to design and produce custom tools and dies as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in CNC programming and machinery, implementing new techniques and technologies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a CNC programming and setup role within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment, including EDM machines, Mill, Lathe, and 5 Axis Machining.
• Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, gd&t, and tooling.
• Experience with Verisurf or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• A relevant technical degree or certification is preferred, but not required.
