Job Details
Job Requirements:
Design, fabricate, or repair intricate tools, dies, gauges, and fixtures with precision to meet tight tolerances.
Undertake challenging development tasks and construct tools in the absence of existing designs.
Proficient in operating multi-station progressive dies and complex compound dies.
Skilled in all aspects of tool room machinery operation, including CAD/KEY designs, CNC lathe and mill tool path creation, and WEDM programming.
Experience with GibbsCAM, Mastercam, or Surfcam for CNC programming.
Familiarity with tool and die manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and metal stamping processes.
Proficiency in wire EDM programming and operation.
Ability to operate machines such as Kiamora, Moriseki, and Fanuc.
