We are looking for a seasoned CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position with relocation provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision components. This role involves working closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to increase productivity and improve the quality of our products. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement CNC programs for milling and lathe machines using CAD/CAM software.
2. Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts to exact specifications.
3. Modify and optimize CNC programs to enhance efficiency and quality.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and produce fixtures and tooling for production.
5. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
8. Inspect final products using precision measurement tools, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
9. Train other team members on the operation of CNC machines and programming as needed.
10. Maintain accurate records of all programming and machining activities.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and setup requirements.
3. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for programming CNC mill and lathe machines.
4. Experience with tool and die manufacturing.
5. Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
9. High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
10. Ability to train others on CNC programming and operation.
11. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
12. Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided).
