Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our production process, using their expertise in CNC programming, machining, and MasterCam programming to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, using the latest CNC technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CNC programs for milling and lathe machines using MasterCam software.
• Perform machine setup and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Utilize GD&T principles to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design fixtures and tooling for new and existing products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines and programs.
• Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to programs to improve efficiency and quality.
• Train and guide machine operators in the correct use of CNC programs.
• Maintain accurate records of programs and machine settings for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and implement them to enhance production capabilities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming for milling and lathe machines.
• Proficiency in MasterCam programming is essential.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and setup procedures.
• Familiarity with GD&T principles and their application in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines and programs.
• Experience in machine maintenance and safety procedures.
• Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
