We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – CNC Programmer to join our team and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. If you love problem-solving, programming precision equipment, and making an impact on shop-floor performance — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs to support daily operations.
- Program and set up precision CNC equipment using G-code, CREO, and Mastercam.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and CAD data to ensure accuracy.
- Support quoting for new products, including tooling and fixture needs.
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical questions.
- Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of CNC machining/programming experience.
- Proficiency with G-code and ability to make hand edits/manual code.
- Experience with Fanuc (NC) and Mazak (EIA) controls preferred.
- Mastercam and/or PLC programming experience a plus.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Associate degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
