We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Code Enforcement Attorney-Receivership to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters relating to code enforcement and receivership, providing legal advice and guidance to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal code enforcement and receivership, with the ability to manage complex cases and provide innovative solutions to legal issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and representation on code enforcement and receivership matters.
2. Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and briefs.
3. Represent the organization in court proceedings, hearings, and trials related to code enforcement and receivership cases.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely legal advice.
5. Coordinate with other members of the legal team and external attorneys to ensure effective legal representation.
6. Develop and implement strategies for the enforcement of codes and regulations.
7. Interpret and apply laws, court decisions, and other legal authorities in the course of litigation.
8. Advise on the legal implications of proposed policies and actions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Manage a caseload of code enforcement and receivership matters, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
10. Negotiate settlements and agreements in the best interest of the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney and in good standing with the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal code enforcement and receivership.
4. Proven track record of successful litigation and negotiation in code enforcement and receivership cases.
5. Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to code enforcement and receivership.
6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
7. Ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal personnel.
10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
