Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of 8, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
2. Oversee the implementation and management of occupational health procedures and programmatic requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
4. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs to meet the health needs of our employees.
5. Collaborate with other departments to integrate health services and create a holistic approach to employee wellness.
6. Manage and coordinate health-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
7. Travel as required to meet the needs of the organization and employees.
8. Provide basic life support as needed and maintain certification.
9. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of our health services and programs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Current COHN-S certification.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing role, with a focus on occupational health.
4. Proven experience in clinical program management and project management.
5. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Ability to travel as required.
8. Strong understanding of occupational health procedures and programmatic requirements.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on best practices and company policies.
11. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
