We’re seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a growing, full-service law firm with deep roots in Central Florida.
**Job Description:**
* Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing.
* Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and loan documents.
* Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials.
* Work closely with developers, lenders, and institutional investors on complex real estate deals.
* Provide guidance on land use, entitlements, and zoning matters in coordination with local government entities.
* Collaborate with attorneys in related practice groups on tax, corporate, and litigation issues affecting real estate transactions.
**Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions in a law firm or in-house setting.
* Strong drafting skills and attention to detail across a range of deal documents.
* Proven ability to manage transactions from contract to close.
* Experience with Florida real estate law required.
* Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
