Job Details

JD from a top-tier law school.
Licensed (or eligible to become licensed) in Colorado.
5–8 years of commercial contracting experience at a national/international firm or sophisticated in-house department.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in technology transactions (SaaS, software, IP).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
Strong judgment, ownership mentality, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
