Commercial Construction Estimator

We are looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator with experience estimating ground-up and/or interior/tenant improvement commercial projects. The Estimator is an office-based, solutions-driven role in a relaxed environment. What We’re Looking For

• To be successful in our culture and in this position, we have identified the following qualities in all individuals:
• Experience in estimating / preconstruction project management in commercial construction.
• Strong business acumen with motivation to drive business revenue.
• Experience projecting costs is a plus.
• Ability to write and compile RFP response packages with the assistance of our Marketing Director.
• Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings – Civil, Architectural, and MEP.
• Strong customer service and negotiating skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and other computer programs
