Job Details

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of our building project, including meeting with project partners, managing supervisors and teams. This person will be responsible for ensuring all objectives and standards are met, and for finding solutions to problems as they arise as well as ensure all equipment and materials are available on site as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in Construction Management a MUST; PMP a PLUS!
  • Min. 5-10+ yrs. as a Construction Project Manager w/ General Contracting experience on Institutional, Healthcare, Industrial, Government/Military and other related Commercial Ground-Up and Tenant Improvement projects a MUST!
  • Clean Room, Life Sciences, Data Center, and Mission Critical Facilities project experience a HUGE PLUS!!
  • Experience managing projects of 2M-20M+ sq. ft./$500k-$20M+ a MUST!
  • Expert proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam a MUST!
