Job Details
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role in the commercial construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing construction budgets, contracts, and change orders.
- Experience or understanding of estimation is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction quality control, risk management, and site management.
- Proficiency in construction estimating and materials management.
- Experience in managing ground-up construction, TI construction, and corporate fit-out projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
