Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Oversee daily operations and project progress from start to finish
- Prepare cost estimates by analyzing drawings, materials, and labor requirements
- Coordinate technical development, estimate profitability, and manage project releases
- Provide project expertise for new and existing fuel, retail, and commercial facility builds
- Support strategic planning, R&D initiatives, and project scheduling
- Identify customer requirements and align them with project objectives
- Manage equipment and workforce planning across all project phases
- Participate in client engagement and key sales opportunities
- Maintain project communications, contracts, and data analysis
- Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and stakeholders to refine pricing and scope
- Submit and review final cost estimates with leadership prior to delivery
- Facilitate ongoing communication with trade partners and internal teams
- Contribute to a cooperative and team-focused work environment
- Perform additional duties as needed
Education and Experience Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior supervisory experience required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a related construction or project management role
- Strong skills in communication, organization, analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Navigate active job sites as required
- Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Remain seated or standing for extended periods
- Use computers and other standard technology tools
- Occasionally climb ladders or stairs when needed
