We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Glass Branch Manager to join our growing team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our glass division, including project management, commercial glass estimating, and office leadership. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a new branch and make a significant impact on its success.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Glass Branch Manager, you will:

1. Oversee all aspects of our glass projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Prepare estimates for commercial glass projects, taking into account materials, labor, and other costs.
3. Lead and manage the office team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
4. Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales.
5. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies as necessary to keep the branch competitive.
8. Manage the branch budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
9. Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Glass Branch Manager position, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on glass projects.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
3. Expert knowledge of commercial glass estimating, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
4. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing an office team.
5. The ability to develop and implement growth strategies, with a proven track record of driving sales and growing a business.
6. Excellent client relationship management skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction.
7. A deep understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
8. Strong financial management skills, with experience managing a budget.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
10. A degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.
