Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, with a specific focus on unitized curtain wall systems. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of unitized curtain wall projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Oversee the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on unitized curtain wall systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
