We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Commercial HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing construction company, delivering high-quality commercial HVAC installations to a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the HVAC industry and will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Install HVAC systems in commercial buildings according to specifications and design plans.
2. Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams to ensure the appropriate installation of HVAC systems.
3. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines during the installation process.
4. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve any potential issues or challenges.
5. Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly post-installation.
6. Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
9. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC systems as needed.
10. Prepare and submit detailed reports on each installation project.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installer or a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
3. Strong understanding of commercial HVAC design and installation requirements.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work while adhering to safety standards.
9. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
