Job Details



Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
2. Travel to homes on a daily basis as scheduled.
3. Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems and components are in good working order.
4. Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
5. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with customers about necessary repairs and maintenance.
7. Keep records of service calls and work performed.
8. Maintain parts inventory and company vehicle.
9. Stay current with latest developments, advancements, and trends in the HVAC field by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, and maintaining personal networks.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
2. Valid driver's license.
3. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of residential HVAC systems.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Able to handle a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
9. NATE certification is a plus.
10. Knowledge of current HVAC codes and industry standards.
11. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and able to work in varying weather conditions.
12. Must be willing to work with a team or alone as the job necessitates.
13. Must be able to work on-call, evenings, and weekends when necessary.
