Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, boilers, chillers, and related equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
2. Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of all HVAC systems, including regular cleaning, filter changes, etc.
3. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various HVAC equipment including troubleshooting problems, replacing parts and controls, and testing and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
4. Interpret blueprints and project plans for HVAC installations on new construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all work is completed timely and to client specifications.
6. Collaborate with team members, construction crews, and other trades, sharing your expertise and learning from others.
7. Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Maintain a clean and organized job site and well-inventoried company truck.
Qualifications:
1. Valid Driver's license
2. EPA license
3. NH Gas License
